Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) is used by more than 95% of Fortune 500 companies to keep track of applicants and their applications for jobs at the organization. With this technology comes challenges for job seekers and ethical questions about the use of ATS. Join your career development colleagues for a content-filled session on:

Presenters:
Paige Liwanag, Marketing Specialist at Jobscan.co, holds BAs from DePaul University (in creative writing) and Butler University (in English composition). Jobscan specializes in helping job seekers beat Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) systems, and Paige connects with Jobscan users through email marketing campaigns, user interviews, and leadership of a monthly Jobscan Coach webinar geared toward career coaches. After five years of extensive applicant ATS research and communication with real Jobscan users, Paige is a recognized ATS expert who works to continue enhancing refining Jobscan tools to support job seekers.
Ed Lawrence is certified as a Resume Writer, Online Profile Writer, and Life Coach with additional certifications in SkillScan, DISC, and MBTI. He earned both his BSBA in Marketing and Finance and his MBA in IT from Boston University. Through both his affiliation with The White Hawk Group and his independent career coaching business, Ed leverages his past experiences in technology, higher ed, public sector, private sector, and agencies to support individuals, groups, and employers. He has presented instructor-led, online, and remote courses for global audiences in over 20 countries.
Marie Zimenoff is certified as a Resume Writer, Brand Strategist, and Career Management Coach. She earned both her BA in Psychology and her MEd in Counseling and Career Management from Colorado State University. Marie is the CEO of both Career Thought Leaders Consortium and Resume Writing Academy, and a radio host for VoiceAmerica. She is also the Chief Career Strategist at A Strategic Advantage, her own firm that serves individuals and organizations with career coaching, leadership training, and outplacement services. She is a recognized thought leader for career professionals worldwide.
